HISTORY
Crossborder variety, Riesling is a refined white wine with intense aromas. Vines are located in a windy and sunny area, on calcareous and clayey soil. Thanks to the microclimate, which allows a long maturation of the fruit, grapes are enriched with a wide variety of aromas.

Wine-making Technique:after short cold maceration of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel, with controlled temperature and storage of the wine on the yeasts for at least 8 months.
